REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must have all original tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Candles that have been lit or used
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care and beauty products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at aurogoods@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for our approval and return instructions
4. Do not send items back without prior authorization
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Inspection and Refund Processing
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or we made an error)
• If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at aurogoods@gmail.com
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Contact us immediately at aurogoods@gmail.com
• Provide photos of the damage or issue
• Include your order number
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
• Return shipping will be covered by us for defective or incorrect items
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you need a different size or color of the same item, please contact us at aurogoods@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help arrange an exchange.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the return conditions stated above.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
• Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
